Sessions/ Refund Policy

Once photographs are sent, they cannot be returned; J. Lene’ Photography has a strict NO REFUND POLICY. After the transaction has been completed (images have been selected and paid for, images have been sent to the client, etc.) the service is considered non-refundable.

 

Refunds are not given due to the client “not liking a photo”, making an incorrect image selection, etc.

Sessions are not able to be rescheduled or cancelled for any reason other than inclement weather. In the case the client reschedules, their deposit is transferable one time only to a different date if given a 48 hour notice. In the case of maternity and new sessions an alternative consideration will be made. The deposit does not include images (prints or digital negatives), these items must be purchased separately.

In the case of any unforeseen incident (ie; camera failure, location booked, etc) that prevents J. Lene' Photography from shooting your session on the scheduled date, a new date will be scheduled or client will be refund their deposit only, if applicable.


If the client fails to show up for their session, no refund will be given under any circumstance.
